Role Description The Golf Shop Attendant is an on-site role based in Hann Reserve, New Clark City. Responsible for maximizing sales and providing assistance to golfers in the shop. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with golf equipment and apparel purchases, managing tee time reservations, checking in players, and handling point-of-sale transactions accurately. The role also supports the organization and cleanliness of the golf shop area, monitors inventory levels, and coordinates with golf operations staff to ensure a smooth guest experience. The Golf Shop Attendant helps answer inquiries about golf services, promotes resort offerings, and upholds Hann Resorts standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members.
• Knowledge of golf, including basic rules, etiquette, and familiarity with golf equipment and accessories.
• Ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately, and to use point-of-sale and reservation systems.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A minimum of 2 years work experience in a Golf or Retail Industry.

Willing to be deployed in New Clark City.
