Job Description

We are looking for a GoHighLevel, RingCentral & Automation Specialist based in the Philippines to help build and optimize our GoHighLevel CRM, integrate communication and lead flows, and support basic customer service and customer success tasks as needed. This is a full-time role, working 8:00 AM4:00 PM Mountain Time (US), MondayFriday, with a monthly salary between USD 800 and USD 1,300 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations for lead capture, follow-up, and client communication.

Connect GoHighLevel with RingCentral and other tools (via APIs or integrations) to sync data and streamline calls, texts, and tracking.

Troubleshoot and improve existing automations and integrations.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support to refine lead and customer communication processes.

When automation tasks are light, assist with customer service and customer success (responding to customers, logging tickets, basic onboarding and follow-ups).

Requirements

Hands-on GoHighLevel experience (workflows, campaigns, pipelines).

Good understanding of automation and workflow logic (triggers, conditions, actions).

Experience with API or no-code integrations between CRMs, phone systems, and other tools.

Familiarity with cloud phone systems (ideally RingCentral) is preferred.

Strong English communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Must be based in the Philippines.

What We Offer

Fully remote role work from anywhere in the Philippines.

Schedule: 8:00 AM4:00 PM Mountain Time (US), MondayFriday.

Monthly pay: USD 8001,300, based on skills and experience.

10 Days PTO.
