We are looking for a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist who enjoys building smart systems, automating business processes, and delivering seamless CRM solutions for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure GoHighLevel accounts for new clients.
- Build and optimize CRM pipelines, opportunities, tags, and custom fields.
- Design and implement automation workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment reminders, and customer engagement.
- Configure calendars, forms, surveys, landing pages, and sales funnels.
- Set up email, SMS, and WhatsApp automation campaigns.
- Configure AI chatbots and Conversation AI features within GoHighLevel.
- Connect third-party applications using Zapier, Make, webhooks, and APIs.
- Configure domains, DNS records, SMTP, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and integrations.
- Build and deploy snapshots for efficient client onboarding.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows before deployment.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure automation systems run smoothly.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality automation solutions.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and technical support for client accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
- Experience setting up complete GoHighLevel CRM environments from scratch.
- Strong understanding of workflows, automation logic, triggers, pipelines, and CRM management.
- Experience with Zapier, Make, webhooks, or API integrations.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp automation, email marketing, calendars, funnels, and landing pages.
- Understanding of DNS, domains, SMTP, and email deliverability.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client projects.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI Voice Agents or AI Chatbots.
- Experience with snapshots and SaaS mode.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Familiarity with Stripe, Google Workspace, Meta Lead Ads, and Google Calendar integrations.
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
