Key Responsibilities
- Improve and secure services delivered by a cross-border squad of engineers and journey experts.
- Collaborate with SaaS vendors and feature teams to stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies.
- Develop secure, reliable workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365, Intune, JAMF, and other platforms.
- Work with Microsoft and other vendors to integrate and maintain robust security controls.
- Monitor and improve compliance with regulatory and organizational security standards.
- Collaborate with IT Security teams to implement effective policies and incident management strategies.
- Automate and optimize administration processes to secure endpoints and data.
- Participate in 24/7 global support rotations and resolve 2nd/3rd line incidents.
- Provide documentation and training to ensure team readiness and compliance.
Key Capabilities/Experience
- Security Expertise: Strong understanding of enterprise security tools, principles, and Blue Team practices
- .Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Practical experience with securing services like Intune, Azure AD, and M365 compliance
- .Automation & Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- .Problem Solving: Ability to resolve technical and compliance-related challenges effectively
- .Collaboration: Skilled at working across teams and stakeholders in regulated environments
- .Communication: Capable of explaining complex technical concepts to various audiences
