Overview:
The Global Tax Support role provides essential operational and administrative assistance to the Tax team, supporting global tax compliance, reporting, and audit requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of tax-related activities, and maintaining organized tax records within a structured and deadline-driven environment.

What You Will Do:
- Assist in gathering and extracting supporting documents from systems such as SAP and Blackline for tax compliance and audit requirements
- Support the preparation and filing of tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax
- Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation for compliance purposes
- Assist in preparing schedules and reports required for internal and external audits
- Monitor tax deadlines and support timely submission of filings and payments
- Assist in reconciling tax-related accounts and identifying discrepancies
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Tax team and management
- Stay informed on updates to tax laws and regulations that may impact operations
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and support additional projects as required
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Philippine tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City
