In this role, you'll be a key partner in managing global transfer pricing processes, coordinating tax-related activities with regional finance teams, and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations. You will play an essential part in maintaining transfer pricing documentation, monitoring intercompany transactions, supporting global tax initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of tax processes across the Ivoclar Group.

Key Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for these tax and transfer pricing related activities:
Executionof the Global Transfer Pricing Process
- Timely definition (in consultation with our global advisors and the Global Tax and Transfer Pricing Team at the heaquarter) and communicateîon of arm's leghth margins for all group wide intercompany activities
- Group wide monitoring of the arm's length margin and deviations of all our group subsidiaries (Return on Sales, Mark-up on Total Costs) including executing the process of adjusting intercompany prices in consultation with Controlling department
- Provision of guidance for the preparation of intercompany contracts to involved subsidiaries
- Responsibility for monitoring the actuality and completeness of all group wide intercompany contracts
- Timely preparation of the Master file
- Main sparring partner and contact person in the group for the preparation of the Local Files for the local finance directors, monitor the status of the transfer pricing documentation preparation and follow-up with Local Finance Directors on open items;
- First contact person in the group for global transfer pricing questions for our subsidiaries
- Responsibility for documenting and maintaining Ivoclar Group's Transfer Pricing Policy in alignment with the Global Tax and Transfer Pricing Team at the headquarter
- Align business requirements with global tax and transfer pricing policies
Oversight on the following Global Tax processes:
- Responsibility for monitoring the filing status and follow-up on corporate income tax filings of subsidiaries
- Review and follow-up with local finance directors on required tax specific information for Country-by-Country Reporting and Public Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
- Support in the preparation and compliance aspects of Ivoclar group for the global minimum taxation requirements
- Assistance of the Global Tax and Transfer Pricing Team at the headquarter in the set-up of the tax risk management system group-wide
- Enhance the quality and availability of group-internal tax relevant data by documenting and centrally archiving tax relevant documents within the group
- Maintenance and development our group-wide tax software (Tagetik GMT Module for BEPS Pillar 2 and Country-by-Country Reporting) as well as tax risk management software (Observar Tax Risk Management Module)
Furthe tax topics:
- Support during local tax audits to local finance directors, e.g. by obtaining financial data and documentation to be provided during tax audits;
Compliance:
- Ensure business activities comply with legal and ethical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Ivoclar Vivadent's Quality System.
- Adherence to Ivoclar Vivadent Code of Business Conduct.
Systems:
Be familiar and confident with computer business packages which include:
- Service Now
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in a global tax environment (i.e. a multinational group), focusing on international transfer pricing matters
- Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field required
- Experience in working in a shared service environment is preferred
- Proven global experience in Transfer Pricing and intercompany tax processes is a must
- Proven understanding of global transfer pricing rules based on arm's length principle as per OECD guidelines is a must (ideally certified)
- Should possess creative problem-solving skills, knows prioritization of tasks, resourceful, adaptable, flexible, tech-savvy, keen on details, has a high EQ (Emotional Quotient), has an understanding of proper etiquette, and has a high sense of integrity
- Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Ability to critically question and challenge things
- Experience with Country-by-Country Reporting requirements and/or Global Minimum Taxation is a plus
- Experience with Tagetik is a plus
- Experience in SAP (SAP S/4 HANA) is a plus
- Certified Public Accountant is a plus
