What you'll be doing:

As a Global Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple markets, supporting hiring managers and People teams to attract and hire great talent. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality, and inclusive experience for every candidate. Working in a fast‑paced, global environment, you'll build strong partnerships, proactively source talent, and continuously look for ways to improve how we hire and engage candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles and global markets.
• Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and advise on best practice.
• Building diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, job boards, and social media.
• Supporting employer branding campaigns and recruitment events.
• Managing relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners.
• Maintaining accurate data and tracking recruitment activity using Workday.
• Monitoring recruitment metrics and providing insights on hiring performance.
• Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment.
• Collaborating with global People teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Contributing to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or agency, ideally across multiple markets.
• Strong sourcing skills with a proactive, candidate-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ATS systems, ideally Workday.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
• Understanding of or interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion within hiring.
