What are we looking for
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience managing global freight, customs, and 3PL operations.
- Exposure to at least two of these markets: Australia, the UK, or the USA.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP/TMS systems and advanced Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global freight operations from suppliers through to warehouse delivery.
- Coordinate ocean freight, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and inbound logistics.
- Oversee 3PL partners, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain inventory visibility and support stock planning across multiple markets.
- Optimize freight costs, landed costs, and logistics performance.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead supply chain improvement initiatives and drive scalable operational processes.
