We need someone sharp, strategic, and relentlesssomeone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and consistently delivers candidates who truly fit.
What You'll Do
- Source international candidates using advanced methods beyond LinkedIn (Boolean, niche platforms, regional job boards, associations, WhatsApp/Telegram groups).
- Build strong pipelines for technical, specialized, and high-volume roles.
- Manage and update candidate flow inside Workable or similar ATS tools.
- Conduct initial screenings and support recruiters with full-cycle recruiting needs.
- Review resumes, portfolios, and video submissions with strong attention to skill and culture fit.
- Communicate professionally with candidates across global time zones.
- Research and test new sourcing channels by country to expand reach.
- Work quickly under pressure while remaining accurate, organized, and consistent.
What You Bring
- Extensive international sourcing experience
- Strong background with U.S.-based hiring or U.S. hiring standards (preferred)
- Mastery of Boolean search and sourcing outside LinkedIn
- Experience with complex, niche, or hard-to-fill roles (headhunting/executive search a plus)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Workable or similar ATS tools
- Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and move with urgency
- Calm, steady communication styleeven under pressure
