What You'll Do:
Global Talent Acquisition
- Source and engage IT professionals across global markets, including Europe, the Americas, Australia, and other regions.
- Recruit for a variety of technical roles, including Network Engineers, Infrastructure Specialists, Cloud Engineers, Desktop Support Engineers, Help Desk Professionals, and other IT positions.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver the right candidates.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
Global Collaboration
- Work with international teams, candidates, and hiring managers across different time zones.
- Adapt and collaborate effectively within a diverse, global environment.
Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement
- Represent Excis as a global employer of choice.
- Develop creative outreach strategies, strengthen talent pipelines, and engage with IT professionals worldwide.
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability, and regional recruitment practices.
- Provide insights to support global workforce planning and hiring strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven recruitment experience in IT or technical hiring (agency, corporate, or freelance).
- Experience recruiting technical roles such as Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Help Desk, or Desktop Support.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search techniques, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.
A plus if you have:
- Experience with international recruitment.
- Knowledge of IT technologies or certifications such as CCNA, A+, MCP, Cloud, Networking, or Cybersecurity.
- Experience managing high-volume technical hiring.
