Are you passionate about building world-class food safety systems, driving governance excellence, and creating a culture where quality is embedded in every aspect of the business We are looking for a strategic and influential leader to join our team as Global Quality & Food Safety Governance and Excellence Group Manager.

In this role, you will champion global quality and food safety standards, strengthen governance frameworks, drive risk management and compliance programs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple markets and operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of global Quality and Food Safety governance programs.
• Drive compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and international food safety frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate food safety and quality risks across the organization.
• Partner with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to embed a strong quality culture.
• Champion operational excellence, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives that elevate quality performance globally.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in Quality and Food Safety leadership within FMCG, food, beverage, or consumer goods industries.
• Strong background in food safety systems, quality governance, auditing, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive change across diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience leading global or regional quality programs and governance initiatives.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement capabilities.
