- Vendor Diversification & Business Continuity: Identify, vet, and integrate new global suppliers alongside established partners, securing robust secondary and contingency suppliers to guarantee business continuity when primary sources face delays.
- Contract Negotiations & Margin Optimization: Negotiate terms, service-level agreements, and volume pricing across all new and existing vendor lines to maximize cost efficiency while maintaining strict quality standards.
Logistics, Freight & Network Optimization
- Container & Shipment Consolidation: Plan and execute consolidated container shipping strategies to maximize space utilization, streamline shipping routes, and minimize freight expenditures.
- International Trade & Customs Compliance: Manage end-to-end import/export logistics in full compliance with IATA regulations, global trade laws, customs requirements, and tariff structures.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and continuously refine global shipping lanes to improve delivery timelines, mitigate international transit risks, and reduce landed costs.
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Tech Integration: Utilize cutting-edge tools/software and modern supply chain software to enhance demand forecasting, container planning, and operational workflows.
- Global Network Development: Cultivate strong operational relationships internationally, with a strong focus on key manufacturing regions.
- Cross-Functional Autonomy: Work with high autonomy, discretion, and accountability alongside executive leadership and General Counsel.

- Cost Savings & Margin Growth: Targeted reduction in overall landed costs via container optimization, route consolidation, and competitive re-negotiations.
- Supply Chain Continuity: Zero disruption in major project delivery schedules through effective secondary/contingency sourcing and proactive risk management.
- Supplier Performance: Maintaining high-quality control standards, on-time delivery metrics, and defect-free rates across all global vendor lines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of direct experience managing global purchasing, procurement, and international logistics. A proven track record of strong tenure with prior employers (e.g., 5+ years at previous roles) is highly preferred.
- International Expertise: Deep understanding of global trade, customs clearance, tariffs, import/export regulations, and IATA rules. Hands-on experience working directly with overseas suppliers, particularly in Asia (Cambodia specifically), is a major advantage.
- Technical Sourcing Aptitude: Solid foundational knowledge of metal fabrication, textiles, additive manufacturing, and machinery acquisition relevant to display infrastructure and visual communications.
- Soft Skills & Leadership: Confident, polished executive presence; an entrepreneurial go-getter mindset with high adaptability, analytical rigor, and meticulous attention to detail.
