Global Print Services Manager

About this Position As a Global Print Services Manager, you will serve as a global subject matter expert for traditional printing services, driving operational excellence, service stability, and continuous improvement across Henkel's global printing environment. You will work closely with the Global Printing MSO, service delivery partners, country IT teams, and external vendors to deliver standardized, reliable, and effective printing solutions

The role combines technical expertise, vendor management, operational performance management, and project governance. You will act as a key escalation point for printing-related topics and help ensure printing requirements are effectively addressed across a complex global technology landscape

What You´ll Do

• Manage and coordinate printer-related vendors, ensuring effective service delivery, issue resolution, and adherence to agreed service expectations
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on global printing solutions, technologies, standards, and requirements
• Act as a gatekeeper and subject matter expert for printing requirements associated with special projects and technology initiatives
• Monitor and manage operational performance, identifying service gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Partner with the Global Printing MSO, global service delivery partners, country IT leads, and external vendors to standardize processes and improve service quality
• Serve as a global escalation point for complex printing-related issues, coordinating stakeholders to drive timely and sustainable resolution
• Support the evolution and transformation of Henkel's global printing services by identifying opportunities to improve processes, technologies, and operational efficiency
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in IT, with experience in enterprise printing services, infrastructure, workplace technology, or a related technology environment
• Strong knowledge of modern printing technologies, enterprise printing solutions, and related technical concepts
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, service delivery, and operational performance management
• Strong ability to assess technical requirements and provide practical solutions for printing-related business and technology needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) PH time on a hybrid work set-up, with three (3) days in the office
