Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Global Planning Integration Lead

Role Purpose

Integrate cross-country planning inputs and enable fact-based trade-off discussions with Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate inter-country volume requirements and assumptions
• Align planning inputs with Finance (cost, margin, scenario impact)
• Build integrated scenarios and planning fact packs
• Facilitate cross-country discussions and escalations
• Support IBP governance with structured inputs and analysis
• Enable enterprise discussions on sourcing and network trade-offs

Explicitly Out of Scope

• Make-vs-buy recommendations
• Running country planning or IBP cycles
• Approving country plans or numbers

Hiring Profile

• Solid understanding of demand, supply, and inventory planning
• Comfortable working across Planning, Finance, and Operations
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Confident facilitator across countries
• Objective, structured, and calm under ambiguity
