Role Overview
We are looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer to manage and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple markets.
This role is focused on campaign execution, optimization, and sustainable growth. You will work closely with performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency, ensuring campaigns are continuously improved and scaled effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube
Monitor campaign performance and improve key KPIs through data-driven optimization
Conduct audience, creative, and bidding strategy testing
Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and tracking tools
Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign execution and conversion performance
Deliver reporting and actionable optimization insights
Required Qualifications
Strong practical experience with Google Ads campaign management
Experience working with performance-focused advertising strategies
Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting
Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions effectively
Strong communication and organizational skills
Performance-driven mindset with attention to detail
Project Structure
Position Type: Remote Contract
Contract Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Monthly Compensation: $5,200 – $8,500 USD
Performance Incentives: Available based on campaign growth and results
Candidate Profile
Experience managing $30K–$50K+/month advertising budgets preferred
Comfortable working in KPI-focused and structured environments
Ability to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining performance targets
Self-managed, proactive, and results-oriented
Experience with international markets is a plus
Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Europe or working within European time zones.
