Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead and manage a high-performing payroll team responsible for processing high-volume, multi-country payrolls across multiple internal brands. This role requires deep knowledge of global payroll compliance, strong team management skills, and the ability to drive process improvement in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple internal brands across multiple regions, including APAC, MENA, Europe and LATAM.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for large employee populations.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of payroll specialists/coordinators to support day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and local payroll laws, tax reporting, and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, IT) to support payroll integrations, process alignment, and policy updates.
  • Resolve complex payroll issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Lead payroll-related audits and internal control reviews, ensuring data integrity and SOX compliance (if applicable).
  • Monitor and report on payroll KPIs and service delivery metrics.
  • Oversee tax filings, annual statement processing, and other regulatory obligations.
  • Lead payroll process for centralization and deployment efforts for in region payrolls.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, automation, and documentation for operational efficiency.
  • Participate in payroll system upgrades, implementations, or consolidations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state payroll and team management.
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, etc.).
  • Experience managing high-volume global payroll across multiple entities or clients.
  • Deep understanding of global payroll concepts and processes, with NA knowledge a plus.
  • Experience working in a shared services or centralized payroll model is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • GPMI certification preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
