We are seeking a Global Operations Associate Manager to lead a diverse team of 50+ global trainers. In this role, you'll drive operational excellence, optimize trainer performance, and ensure the highest quality of service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented leader with a passion for people management and operational strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a multicultural team of trainers, ensuring exceptional lesson delivery on a global scale.
- Drive operational performance through KPI management, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that enhance the learner experience.
- Take ownership of recruitment, performance management, and ongoing development of trainers.
- Act as a strategic partner to ensure trainer alignment with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
What Were Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in people management, operations, or customer success.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and drive business impact.
- Experience in multicultural environments; background in education or training is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and development.
