Global Operational Excellence and Maintenance Intern

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a proactive Global Operational Excellence and Maintenance Intern who shall work closely with the Global Maintenance Team, specifically with the SAP Masterdata.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Assist in the preparation of templates for request for material code creation
• Assist in the population of identifiers for each material (example: breakers, what are the various types of breakers)
• Assist in the review and final correction of cleansed material descriptions, including data cleansing of duplicated materials codes
• Provide insights on how to simplify/automate the excel templates.
• Assist in identifying what materials are common to URC PH, and assign the corresponding PH material codes.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Course: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or other related course)
• Communication: Good Interpersonal Skills and a Collaborative Team Player
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Electrical and Mechanical spare parts
• Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel for data entry and cleansing.
• Detail-Oriented: A quick learner with analytical thinking and the ability to multi-task
