Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Binn for a Global OD & Internal Communications Specialist. The role involves creating and implementing strategic internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include crafting corporate communications, facilitating effective employee engagement strategies, and supporting organizational development initiatives globally. The role also requires monitoring communication channels and continuously improving strategies to enhance internal messaging effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication, Internal Communications, and Strategic Communications
• Experience in Employee Engagement and facilitating activities to enhance organizational culture
• Strong skills in Corporate Communications with the ability to connect organizational goals with impactful messaging
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple communication initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Experience in a global or cross-functional workplace is an advantage
