To assist in the development and implementation of programs that align work force and key business initiatives using organizational effectiveness interventions.
To work with Global OD Manager and HR in diagnosing problems and setting company goals as well as in creating HR programs and initiatives to meet those goals, often incorporating behavioral science to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
To support and assist employees in adjusting to new procedures during times of change.
To support and design global internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Development Communications, Journalism and related courses
Related master's degree or professional qualification an advantage
Strong background in the following HR functions:
Organization Development and Communications
HR Analytics
Change Management
Talent Management and other HR systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluency in language other than English and local dialect an advantage
