Job Description:
- Responsible for leading the assigned team within Global Logistics Performs transactional logistics activities alongside the team,including complex, non-routine, and escalated cases
- Responsible for performance management within the assigned team Identifies and drives implementation of process improvement opportunities
- Responsible for ensuring metrics are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
- Develops and maintains expertise in Global Logistics end-to-end processes Performs analysis and maintenance of logistics and transportation transactional data
- Ensures processes are completed within SLA targets Responsible for ensuring the team completes all training and compliance requirements in a timely manner Assists in service expansion and transition activities into the team
- Monitors work queues and provides appropriate work direction
- Provides backup coverage and supports resource planning within the team Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
