Supervisor, Loan Operations (Syndicated Loans) - Global Shared Services
Work Schedule: Dayshift - Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4PM Manila
Work Set up: Hybrid - 10x a month
Location: Northgate Alabang, Muntinlupa City
We're hiring a Supervisor, Loan Operations for a leading global financial services organization supporting international financial institutions and alternative investment clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Loan Operations professionals
- Oversee the end-to-end administration of syndicated loan transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan settlements, interest payments, principal repayments, rollovers, and fee calculations.
- Review loan notices and ensure compliance with established processes and service level agreements.
- Partner with global stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 4+ years of Loan Administration or Loan Operations experience
- Hands-on experience with Syndicated Loans is required.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of the syndicated loan lifecycle and loan documention.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fund Administration, or Global Shared Services is highly preferred.
