What You'll be Doing
Do you have a passion to train and guide others towards best practices You'll model engagement and communication with both Learning & Leadership Development counterparts and operational partners. You'll implement successful training programs by leading a team of leadership development trainers. With your great leadership, you'll support the content development cycle and training strategies by conducting need analysis and providing feedback. Along the way, you'll provide delivery, operational engagement, team development, project management, and administrative and financial reporting.

You'll report to Global Leadership Development Senior Manager. You'll contribute to the success of your team and leaders through managing training programs.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Achieve results and project manage global plans and lead development solutions for partners

  • Manage operational engagement activities, need assessments, development plans, and strategies for larger scalability

  • Partner with operations for maintenance activities, providing updates and schedule escalations

  • Lead and motivate others in their daily performance through one-on-one meetings and coaching's

What You Bring to the Role

  • Great developmental capability

  • 4+ years of experience with adult learning principles and training delivery strategy

  • Development of content, achieve results and post-implementation measurement of projects

  • Consultancy for operational partners through the implementation of Training Needs Analysis techniques
