Position: Global KOL & B2B Channel Manager – Crypto

What You'll Do:
- Expand and manage global B2B channels, with a core focus on KOLs, while also engaging agents, communities, trading groups, alliances, and creator networks.
- Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and exclusive support, ensuring seamless execution and onboarding.
- Analyze channel performance, optimize strategies, and benchmark against industry competitors to maximize conversion and retention.
- Enforce compliance and risk management, ensuring all channel promotions align with regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Solid understanding of crypto contracts (perpetual/settlement), leverage, funding rates, and margin calls.
- Experience in B2B channel development within crypto, fintech, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and policy execution skills.
- Data-driven mindset to optimize channel performance and growth.
- Compliance-conscious with the ability to enforce promotional risk boundaries.
Bonus Points:
- Existing international B2B channel resources (Middle East, SE Asia, Hong Kong/Taiwan, excluding Philippines).
- Experience in exchange contract channel development or agent operations.
