What You'll Do
As a Systems Engineer – Global IT, you will:
- Lead and support global IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.
- Design, implement, and maintain server, network, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot critical systems and databases.
- Collaborate with global business and IT stakeholders to improve processes and services.
- Develop automation scripts and technical solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Manage system enhancements, change requests, and technology deployments.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams worldwide.
- Create documentation and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions and training.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or IT Operations
- Strong experience with servers, databases (SQL), enterprise platforms, and infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in project-based and global environments
- Strong English communication skills
