- Update service call information accurately and timely.

- Perform backup monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate logistics for required parts.

Professional Capabilities:
· Japanese language proficiency is mandatory (JLPT N2 level or equivalent)
- Experience in some form of Networking (CCNA/CCNP or equivalent) Certification is preferred.
- Willingness to do both hardware and software support
- Understanding of basic IT compute, networking and storage principles
- Willingness to be assigned on other TRT locations when necessary
Salary: PHP 150,000.00 - PHP 200,000.00
