Job Description

Our client is a local company in the electronics manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a HRBP to join their HR team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities of HRBP:

Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Partner closely with the founders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business growth and organizational objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable HR frameworks, including organizational structures, job grading, compensation, and performance management.
  • Support global business expansion by overseeing HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employment practices across Singapore, the Americas, and other international markets.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized technical and commercial roles, including Physical AI, robotics, power electronics, and business development.
  • Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, talent mapping, and engagement.
  • Strengthen the company's employer brand by promoting its vision and value proposition to attract top global talent.

Talent Management & Employee Experience

  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on ownership, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Develop competitive compensation, benefits, and equity (ESOP) programmes to attract and retain key talent.
  • Drive performance management, employee development, and continuous feedback initiatives to support long-term career growth.

HR Operations & Digital Transformation

  • Manage and optimize HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management platforms, while driving HR process automation through AI-enabled technologies.
  • Utilize people analytics to monitor workforce trends, improve hiring effectiveness, support retention strategies, and provide data-driven HR insights.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HRBP experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
