About the Role: Also, lead development efforts, ensure integration with platforms like SAP S4/HANA, local payroll systems, ULMS (User Life-cycle Management System), and work closely with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong technical skills, delivery leadership, and hands-on experience in Workday and enterprise system integrations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT technical delivery, integration, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and projects.
  • Expertise in HCM applications, Workday, and IT architecture.
  • Experience with service delivery and vendor management.
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience with multicultural teams and international environments is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT applications, architecture, and integration.
  • Experience with HCM applications and Workday implementation.
  • Familiarity with IT security, infrastructure, and service management.
  • Knowledge of data migration, technical documentation, and support processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.
  • Proactive in managing risks and recommending improvements.
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities:

  • IT Coordination and Leadership: Coordinate and manage all Group IT activities and resources related to the program.
  • Technical Expertise and Advisory: Advise the project functional team on existing configurations, tenant setup, and technical system features. Collaborate with the team to assess the impact of Workday setup, configuration, and new releases on current and future system use. Provide in-depth knowledge of IT applications and architecture, particularly concerning HCM applications. Coordinate the decommissioning of legacy systems once Workday is live.
  • Global Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate tasks and communication between Group and Regional teams across key areas like infrastructure, architecture, IT security, and service management to ensure successful integration of Workday into the existing IT landscape.
  • Technical Guidance and Support: Serve as a technical point of contact for corporate and legacy data centers, supporting the project team with integrating Workday into regional IT service centers.
  • Integration Management: Manage interfaces of workstreams, including planning and execution. Serve as the primary contact for technical design documents and related questions.
  • Master Data Management: Manage the data migration, including planning and execution. Serve as the primary contact for technical design documents and related questions.
  • Problem Solving and Support: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and build solutions for post-production issues and integration requirements. Orchestrate and escalate support cases with Workday and third-party vendors.
  • Service Delivery and Management: Participate in the planning and review of user support services, including defining the delivery model and managing service level agreements (SLAs).
