Job Description
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the HR shared services team.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and standards.
- Monitor and improve service delivery performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address HR-related queries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR shared services.
- Implement best practices to enhance HR service efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to team members for professional development.
- Prepare and present reports on HR shared services performance to leadership.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Global HR Shared Services Supervisor Should Have
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR operations within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in process improvement and service delivery optimisation.
