Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience related to the role
  • Customer Service skills required for the position
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – and ability to work at all levels
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools used for analysis and presentation of data, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Servicenow, MS Access and MS Visio.
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA and Americas time zones)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid set-up
