Global FX Trader Manager

The Global FX Trader is a key member of Global Treasury Operations with accountability for centralized foreign exchange and interest rate trading activities, as well as financial markets advisory.Therole supports the management of relationships withtheworld's leadingfinancial institutions, contributes to operational requests from Regional Treasury teams, and co-owns maintenance of trading platforms in collaboration with Treasury Technology and IT teams.

Position

In this role you will:

Take ownership of FX and interest rate hedging activities supporting JTI's global business and risk management strategy.

Stay close to global financial markets, translating market developments into actionable insights and advice for treasury,businessand capital markets stakeholders.

Maintain an active understanding of global macroeconomic developments, markettrendsand their potential impact on JTI's risk profile.

Partner with internal stakeholders across regionsand central functionstoidentify, assess and mitigate FX and interest rate risks through tailored hedging solutions.

Build and manage relationships with leading international financial institutions, ensuring best-in-class execution, competitivepricingand market intelligence.

Contribute to strategic treasury projects, technology initiatives and continuous improvement of trading processes,platformsand controls.

Act as a trusted advisor on financial markets matters, helpdrivinginformed business and financing decisions across the organization.

Support the evolution of JTI's global treasury capabilities through collaboration, knowledgesharingand engagement withtreasury teamsacross the global network.

Work at the heart ofGroup Treasury,managing significant market exposures and partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Tax,LegalandGBSto deliver value-addedbusiness solutions.

Requirements

Degree in Economics,Financeor a related field (CFA is a plus).

Experience in FX and/or Interest Rate trading,gained within the banking sector.

Strong understanding of financial markets, hedgingstrategiesand global macroeconomic trends.

Hands-on experience with trading platforms such asFXAll, 360T,Bloombergor Reuters.

Knowledge of SAP FSCM.

Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluency in Englishadditionallanguages are a plus.
