The Global Employee Engagement Associate, being the center point of contact for employee engagement and communications, is responsible for the concept planning, development, coordination, and implementation of employee activities. He/she is also involved in the planning and execution of country-wide events.
Now more than ever, the role is deemed to be critical in ensuring we continue to keep employees engaged through activities that cater to those working from home and those working on-site.
The GEA is also greatly involved in information dissemination and plays a key role in creating awareness on all company-initiated, program-driven, and department-led efforts, among others.
