Remote | Full-time | Long-term Role | Australian Skincare Company
UAS Pharmaceuticals, an Australian skincare and derma-cosmetic company, is seeking an experienced Global E-commerce Growth Lead to support digital-sales growth across international distributor markets.
This is a senior commercial and strategic role. It is not a social-media posting, Shopify administration or virtual-assistant position.
You will work with distributors that have very different levels of digital capability. Some have their own experienced marketing teams. Others need support building their first practical digital-commerce plan. Some markets require a detailed business case before UAS and the distributor make significant investment.
Purpose of the role
The Global E-commerce Growth Lead will develop and support digital-commerce growth across UAS Pharmaceuticals international markets.
This is not primarily a social-media posting or advertising-execution role. The successful candidate will assess markets, identify commercial opportunities, create practical growth plans, guide distributors, manage agency relationships and improve digital sales performance.
Our distributors have different levels of capability:
- Some have experienced internal digital-marketing teams and require strategic guidance and performance challenge.
- Some have limited digital experience and require hands-on frameworks, training and launch support.
- Some represent high-potential markets that require a structured investment case before significant funding is committed.
The successful candidate must know how to adapt the support model to each market rather than applying the same approach everywhere.
Key responsibilities
1. Global e-commerce strategy
- Develop an international digital-commerce framework for UAS brands.
- Recommend priority markets, channels, brands and products.
- Determine the appropriate digital model for each country.
- Develop annual and quarterly international digital-growth plans.
