Role Description The Global Compliance Officer Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu. This position supports the Global Compliance Officer in monitoring and maintaining adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with compliance documentation, tracking regulatory changes, preparing reports, and supporting internal audits and reviews. The role involves coordinating with regional teams, gathering and analyzing compliance-related data, and helping implement policies and procedures that align with global standards. The assistant also contributes to compliance training materials, helps respond to compliance inquiries, and ensures accurate record-keeping and timely submission of required documentation.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance to support global policies, procedures, and oversight.
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and basic Finance knowledge to review data, identify trends, and support risk assessments.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare clear compliance reports and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with data and documentation systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
