Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing global Cash Management and Royalties team, fostering collaboration and operational excellence across multiple divisions.
- Drive process standardization by aligning cash management activities, roles, controls, and best practices into a consistent global operating model.
- Monitor operational and financial performance through KPIs, dashboards, and management reports, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly trends to proactively address risks, performance gaps, and process inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with R2R, P2P, AR, Tax, and other business units to ensure seamless integration of cash management processes.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex cash management and royalty-related issues.
- Leverage Oracle Fusion Cash Management capabilities to enhance automation, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Establish and maintain global policies, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks to support governance and compliance.
- Champion transformation initiatives, including process automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement projects.
- Partner with stakeholders to support royalty process harmonization and the development of a global royalties operating model.
- Ensure data integrity through regular reconciliation, validation, and reporting reviews.
- Lead change management initiatives, training programs, and process adoption efforts aligned with the finance transformation roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including 3+ years in Cash Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience in a supervisory or team management role.
- Strong experience working with ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle R12, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite.
- Solid understanding of SOX controls, audit requirements, and financial compliance practices.
- Experience working within multinational organizations, shared services, or BPO environments with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven success managing teams in a global or regional setup.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exposure to finance transformation, process automation, RPA, or AI-enabled solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to quickly adopt emerging technologies and enterprise AI tools to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
