Job Description

What you'll do

  • Lead accounting and financial reporting for all regions
  • Ensure financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Audit payroll and other processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Implement technology and AI tools to improve finance operations and efficiency
  • Work closely with leadership on financial planning and strategic decisions
  • Improve financial processes and reporting systems

Minimum Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and audits
  • Experience auditing payroll and finance processes
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable driving AI/tech solutions in finance
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and report to CFO
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
