About Monadex

Monadex is a Singapore-based experiential technology company building next-generation photography and interactive systems for retail, events, brand activations, and physical spaces.

We design and deploy integrated hardware and software solutions including photobooths, AI imaging systems, event photo stations, and interactive experience installations. Our systems are used by studios, malls, retailers, event agencies, entertainment venues, and brand teams across 30+ countries.

Chalkak Studio is our photobooth and visual experience brand, focused on helping businesses create memorable, design-led, and highly shareable photo experiences. As we continue expanding globally, we are looking for a driven Global Account Executive to join our sales team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Global Account Executive to support and grow our international sales pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in outbound sales, client calls, follow-ups, and managing leads across different markets. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to prospects, understanding client needs, presenting our products, preparing quotations, and helping move deals from first conversation to close.

Our clients are based globally, including markets such as the US, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. Because of this, the role may require working across different time zones, including occasional evening or late-night calls to support US or European clients.

Role Overview

  • Conduct outbound sales to potential customers across global markets
  • Identify and qualify leads across photobooth studios, retailers, event companies, brand agencies, malls, entertainment venues, and entrepreneurs
  • Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, and other sales channels
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients
  • Understand client needs, business goals, budget, and timeline
  • Present Monadex / Chalkak products clearly and confidently
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up messages
  • Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to deal closing
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads and existing prospects
  • Coordinate internally with operations, product, and technical teams for client requirements
  • Gather market feedback on pricing, competitors, product needs, and customer objections
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and deal status
  • Support customer handover after closing to ensure a smooth buying experience

Who We are Looking for

  • Experience in sales, business development, account executive, SDR, or client-facing roles
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Confident in making outbound calls and speaking with international clients
  • Comfortable selling high-ticket products or solutions
  • Able to follow up consistently and manage multiple leads at once
  • Proactive, independent, and target-driven
  • Organized and responsible with CRM / lead tracking
  • Comfortable working remotely with an international team
  • Willing to work flexible hours when needed to support US, European, or other international clients
  • Interested in retail, events, experiential marketing, photography, technology, or creative businesses

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B sales, equipment sales, SaaS, hardware, franchise sales, or international sales
  • Experience selling to SMEs, business owners, retailers, event agencies, or brand teams
  • Previous experience with outbound sales, cold email, LinkedIn prospecting, or discovery calls
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales pipeline management
  • Knowledge of the photobooth, events, retail, or brand activation industry

Working Hours

This is a remote role based in the Philippines, but the sales scope is global. The candidate should be comfortable with flexible working hours depending on client time zones. Some calls or follow-ups may take place during US or European business hours.

Compensation

Base salary plus commission / performance incentives. Final package will be discussed based on experience, sales background, and role scope.
