Full-Time GoHighLevel Specialist

Remote | Full-Time | $12,000 to $14,400 per year

WeAssist is hiring a Full-Time GoHighLevel Specialist for a fast-growing digital marketing and ad strategy agency serving chiropractic and physical therapy clinics.

This is a rare opportunity to join a scaling agency as one of its first key team members. You will play a central role in managing the GoHighLevel backend, launching Meta ad campaigns, supporting client onboarding, building internal systems, and helping shape the agency's next stage of growth.

The founder is ready to step more fully into the CEO role and is looking for a dependable, skilled specialist who can take ownership of the technical backend, ad operations, client setup process, and internal documentation.

Why This Role Is Open

The client is hiring a GoHighLevel Specialist to become the technical right hand of the agency.

As the founder transitions out of day-to-day execution and into a broader leadership role, she needs someone who can fully own the GoHighLevel backend, build and launch Meta ad campaigns, support client onboarding, create SOPs, and help establish the internal systems needed for the agency's next phase.

You will not simply be completing assigned tasks. You will help build the agency's operational backbone.

What You'll Do:

GoHighLevel Management and Backend Technology

You will take ownership of the agency's GoHighLevel backend and help ensure each client setup is accurate, efficient, and aligned with the agency's standards.

Your work will include:

  • Managing GoHighLevel snapshots, templates, automations, workflows, and landing pages
  • Duplicating and deploying existing templates for new chiropractic and physical therapy clients
  • Customizing client accounts using the agency's standard setup as the foundation
  • Updating branding, custom values, client details, and account-specific requirements
  • Performing phone number verifications
  • Updating opportunity values based on client sales figures
  • Maintaining a clean and reliable backend system that allows the founder to focus on growth

Software Integrations and Technical Problem Solving

You will help connect the tools and systems clients need to run campaigns effectively.

Your work will include:

  • Integrating Google Calendar for consultations and patient scheduling
  • Exploring how clinic EMR systems, such as ChiroTouch, may communicate with Google Calendar
  • Creating custom availability blocks in GoHighLevel when EMR integration is not feasible or compliant
  • Setting up custom domains and subdomains
  • Ensuring client emails are sent from their proper business domain
  • Connecting Facebook Messenger and Facebook Lead Forms
  • Troubleshooting integration issues with resourcefulness and sound judgment

Meta Ads Management

You will build, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for chiropractic and physical therapy clients.

Your work will include:

  • Creating Meta ad campaigns from scratch
  • Navigating Ads Manager confidently
  • Applying agency guidelines and campaign settings
  • Turning off default Meta settings when required by the agency's strategy
  • Tracking KPIs and campaign performance
  • Making ongoing optimizations based on results
  • Pitching new campaign ideas and creative strategies
  • Staying current with Meta Ads best practices

Google Ads experience is a plus and may become more relevant as the agency expands.

Client Onboarding and Customer Success

You will support the client onboarding process and eventually take ownership of follow-up and support calls.

Your work will include:

  • Sitting in on onboarding calls to learn the agency's process
  • Communicating professionally with chiropractic business owners and healthcare clients
  • Remaining calm, patient, and helpful when clients are unfamiliar with digital tools
  • Asking for guidance when needed rather than guessing on high-impact tasks
  • Managing second, third, and fourth follow-up or tweak calls as you ramp up
  • Helping collect Business Manager access and software access from clients
  • Creating a smooth and supportive client experience

SOP Creation and Process Documentation

You will help build the internal documentation library the agency needs to scale.

Your work will include:

  • Recording onboarding and setup sessions through Zoom
  • Using transcripts and AI tools to create draft SOPs
  • Reviewing and refining AI-generated SOPs for accuracy
  • Documenting repeatable processes for future hires
  • Creating clear, practical training materials
  • Helping turn informal processes into scalable systems

Reporting, Analytics, and Professional Development

You will help clients understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your work will include:

  • Creating monthly performance reports and dashboards
  • Reviewing campaign data and client results
  • Attending weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly agency scaling calls during company time
  • Participating professionally in coaching calls with top industry players
  • Bringing useful insights back to the agency
  • Researching potential chiropractic clinic prospects during downtime
  • Continuously improving your skills through the agency's coaching resources

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, agency experience, and the maturity to own responsibilities with minimal hand-holding.

You should have:

  • Strong GoHighLevel experience, including snapshots, workflows, automations, landing pages, and backend setup
  • Experience building Meta ad campaigns from scratch
  • Confidence using Meta Ads Manager and optimizing campaigns based on KPIs
  • Clear, professional spoken English for client calls over Zoom or audio
  • Strong accountability and the ability to own mistakes, learn, and move forward
  • A resourceful problem-solving mindset
  • The ability to work independently in a startup-style environment
  • Good judgment around when to solve problems independently and when to ask for support

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

These are not required, but they are strong advantages:

  • Google Ads experience
  • Familiarity with ChiroTouch or other healthcare EMR systems
  • Experience in the chiropractic, physical therapy, healthcare, or wellness space
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency and create documentation
  • Experience building SOPs or internal process documentation
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment
