Position: German Service Desk Associate
Industry: Multinational Information Technology Company
Employment Status: Project-Based (subject to extension)
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000
Work Set-Up: Hybrid Set-Up
Work Schedule: Shifting
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Any foreign nationals proficient in German and English language.
Currently based or located in the Philippines.
With or Without BPO, call center or IT experience.
Open to work in Pasay City.
Can start as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle client and customer concerns through telephone, web, and email channels.
Respond to customer inquiries related to repair, restoration, maintenance, and service needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Prepare complete, accurate, and detailed reports in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor and track customer calls while accurately recording relevant information in the database.
Perform other duties and related tasks as assigned by the company.
