Position: German Senior Collection Specialist Location: BGC, Taguig City Industry: Shared Services Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 Schedule: Mid-shift (3PM-12MN) Work Set-Up: Hybrid ( 2-3 times a week onsite)
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Filipino national who is conversational to fluent in German & English Language. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Management, or any relevant field. With experience in Accounting, Finance, Collections, Accounts Payable or Receivable or Invoice is preferred. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer collections and outstanding invoices through regular follow-ups and negotiations using German and English language. Process credit transactions and revenue reconciliation. Support customer negotiations to resolve disputes and improve payments. Help improve processes and support audit requirements. Handle Sales Order Release activities within assigned limits. Perform other related tasks.
