JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national who is conversational to fluent in German and English language.
With Customer Service experience in call center or BPO is an advantage.
Open to Bachelors, Associate, undergraduates or vocational graduates of any course.
Willing to work onsite in Pasig City, and in shifting schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with German-speaking clients through phone, email, chat, social media, fax, mail, and other communication channels.
Support translation requirements, client communications, user acceptance testing (UAT), and basic data analysis for new surveys and processes.
Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently while providing appropriate product and service assistance to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
