Account: Image and Video Editing Software
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Eastwood, Quezon Ciy
Salary: PHP 90,000 gross
Work Schedule: Mid Shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 MN), Weekends Off
Work Setup: Onsite

Job Requirements:
Conversational to fluent in German and English language.
Open to Bachelors, Associate, or Vocational degree holders.
With Customer Service or Technical Support experience.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Can start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels using German and English.
Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures in German and English.
Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams and follow through until resolution.
