JOB DETAILS :

Position: German Customer Support (1 day Work from home)
Salary: P 100,000 (Still negotiable)
Industry: American Medical Devices Manufacturing Firm
Account: Shared Service Firm
Location: Taguig
Schedule: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Working Day: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Work set-up: Work Onsite 4 days and WFH 1 day
Training should be in the office

Requirements:
. Filipino national who speak German Language
. Can speak German and English (More proficient in English)
. Degree holder of any course
. Having customer service experience is a big advantage
. Tech Support is not required but having an experience is an edge
. With SAP or ERP knowledge is an advantage
. Having Customer Service either in German or in English is a big plus
. Can start as soon as possible

Duties and responsibilities:

. Assist medical device users on how to use the medical device
. Coordinate with German end users via email, chat or phone calls
. Answer inquiries about the device's manual and tech issues
. Escalate the customer more complex concerns to upper level
. Document the feedback of customers for Quality checking
. Review orders and update customers about arrival and shipments
