Position: German Customer Service Associate

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in German Language.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
With SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Preferably with Customer Service experience - voice account

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as main contact between German customers and company's internal teams.
Monitor the order shipment and check the arrival date and time and update customer via email
Process credits, return authorizations, and debits of German Customers Online
Log all customer interactions, like queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure they are supported
Deliver outstanding customer service to German clients and customers
Take on additional tasks as required.
