About the Role
This role involves providing exceptional customer service support to our valued clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to address customer needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a multilingual environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer enquiries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software applications
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
