About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to address customer needs
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a multilingual environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer enquiries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficient in using computer systems and office software applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
