Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 110,000
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open for Filipino who can speak, read, and write German
Open to undergraduates or graduates of any field
With BPO experience is a big advantage but not required.
Preferably residing in Manila or nearby areas.
Must be willing to relocate.
Can start as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in assisting customers inquiries using German and English Language through email, phone, call and chat
Resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Participate in team meetings and achieve targets needed
Accomplish other related tasks needed
