Position: German Bilingual Account Specialist
Account: Retail Account
Work Location: Pasig City
Work Set-up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Shifting

Job Requirements:
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing German.
Conversational to proficient English communication skills.
Completed at least two (2) years of college or a vocational course bachelor's degree is an advantage.
Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with German-speaking clients using German and English via phone, email, chat, social media, fax, and mail.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in both German and English.
Perform data entry, order verification, survey administration, sample processing, and report preparation.
Assist with translation tasks, client correspondence, user acceptance testing (UAT) for new surveys and processes, and basic data analysis.
Communicate effectively with German-speaking customers and provide clear assistance in German and English.
