JOB DETAILS :

Position: German & English Customer Support (Conversational German)
Industry: Global BPO Firm
Account: American Clothing Line
Location: Pasig City
Salary: P 100,000 (Still negotiable)
Schedule: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Working Day: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Work set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
. Must be Filipino national can speak German and English
. Filipino who speak Conversational German fluency
. Can Communicate in English and in German (The account is Bilingual)
. Open to HighSchool graduate or College undergraduate
. Candidate with customer service experience is highly preferred
. Having BPO experience, customer service exposure or Support role is advantage
. With customer service background is a plus but not required
. Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

Responsibilities
. Answer call, email and chat from German and English customers
. Answer inquiries about available stocks and orders of products
. Update customers about the delivery and arrival of the ordered products
. Guide customers on how to return the bulk orders
. Provide great customer service by understanding the concern and inquiry
. Handle the calls, email and chat effectively and efficiently
