Crisis24 is expanding its team in Manila to provide 24/7analytical support to the Crisis & Security Consulting (CSC) division and global clients. As anAssociate, you will be part of a shift-based team responsible for geopolitical risk analysis, maritime security analysis, digital threat intelligence, real-time monitoring and reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As an Associate you will work on:
- Bespoke geopolitical reporting and threat assessments across geographies and threat types
- Identify and assess maritime security incidents, data, emerging threats, and regional risk trends.
- Produce concise incident alerts, daily summaries, port/risk updates, and tailored analytical products for global clients.
- Contribute to longer-form reports, including risk assessments, operational briefings, and post-incident reviews.
- Conduct OSINT-based digital investigations into threat actors, online risks, and cyber indicators relevant to clients.
- Assist in due diligence investigations covering digital footprints, reputation screening, and behavioral mapping of persons of concern.
- Provide 24/7 operational coverage, ensuring timely responses to incidents, inquiries, and internal support requests.
- Collaborate with maritime, cyber, special risks, and global CSC teams to support client operations and crisis response.
- Follow established SOPs for escalation, documentation, reporting, and internal handovers.
- Assist with administrative and project support tasks as assigned by the OST Team Lead or regional managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Studies, Political Science, International Relations, or similar
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working within a 24/7 shift-based operational environment.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Preferred
- Knowledge of maritime security frameworks (BMP5, IMO guidelines, IMB reporting)
- Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence concepts, online threat actor profiling, and CTI tools.
- Familiarity with OSINT tools, digital research methods, or online threat investigation techniques.
