OVERVIEW:
The Geodetic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all surveying and geodetic engineering activities for PPHI Projects particularly in General Santos. This role ensures accurate land measurements, boundary verification, and compliance with Philippine laws and regulations. The position supervises survey teams, coordinates with project stakeholders, and supports site development through precise geospatial data.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Coordinate and manage surveying consultants, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Review and validate relocation, topographic, and as-built survey outputs.
- Conduct lot validation and site inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved plans.
- Check elevations, control points, and survey coordinates for quality assurance.
- Identify site issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address project concerns and ensure timely completion.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer.
- At least 4 years of experience in surveying works.
- Experience in subdivision surveys or line and grade construction is an advantage.
- This role will be assigned in General Santos City but is willing to be trained in the Head Office before the actual deployment to General Santos.
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of the National Building Code, PD 957, and BP 220.
- Familiarity with house and land development processes.
- Proficient in surveying tools, instruments, and AutoCAD.
- Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to lead teams and work effectively with internal and external partners.
